Appeared in 18 games and made one start... lone start came in right field on April 6 against UNC Wilmington... made 11 appearances as a pinch hitter, five as a defensive replacement and one as a pinch runner... was 2-for-10 with three RBIs as a pinch hitter... went 0-for-2 in his collegiate debut off the bench at Baylor on Feb. 21... collected his first career hit and drove in a pair of runs at UTSA on March 13... drove in his third run of the season on March 16 at UNLV... drew a walk and scored a run as a defensive replacement against Manhattan on April 29... tallied a pinch-hit single at Air Force on May 11... also made two appearances on the mound... pitched 1 1/3 innings... first appearance came against Louisiana-Monroe on April 17... also tossed an inning against Dayton in the NCAA College Station Regional on June 2.

Coaches elected to redshirt him in his first season at TCU.

Was a three-year letterwinner at Bishop Kelley High School... earned three varsity letters... selected as a member of the all-metro team as a senior... hit .411 with 11 home runs as a senior.
