FORT WORTH, Texas - GoFrogs.com recently caught up with several Horned Frog runners as they prepare for the Mountain West Conference Cross Country Championships tomorrow in Albuquerque, N.M.

Start time for the men's race will be 10 a.m. (MT) on Saturday, while the women will run at 11 a.m. (MT). Both races will be run at the University of New Mexico North Golf Course.

Below are comments from some of the members that will be competing tomorrow.

Tanja Ivandic
"Being a freshman I don't know what to expect tomorrow. My goals going into Albuquerque are to get out there and give it all I have. I want to leave the MWC knowing that I couldn't have done any better."

"This season has gone by really fast and I am happy with how I have done my first year. I want to do better, but I'm taking this season as a learning experience."

Jeff Pels
"I am simply looking to run a personal bests for an 8K and hopefully finish with a respectable placing, maybe in the top-25. Hopefully our team can place really high tomorrow."

Amber Carlisle
"Going into conference, my goal is to run my fastest race of the season. This race is longer, but I would like to have a personal best at the 5K mark. I want to have a race that is a result of my practices this season, which I have been very happy with."

Jacob Womeldorf
"My personal goal for tomorrow is to run under 27:00. I don't know too much about our competition in the meet, but hopefully we will be able to beat a few of the teams in Albuquerque tomorrow."
