Festus Kigen has been selected as the TCU/Gullivers Travel Road Warrior of the Week.
TCU freshman Festus Kigen won the Texas A&M Invitational on Sept. 16 with a time of 25:16 in the men's 7,942-meter race.
Kigen topped the field of 104 runners by three seconds over second-place finisher Matthew Munoz (unattached), who posted a time of 25:19.
The meet was Festus' first traditional cross country meet after opening his career at the Bear Relays.
