Walk-on distance runner who provides depth to the squad.
Competed with the cross country team during the fall. 2004 Cross Country
Competed in all six events during the cross country season as a freshman.
Best effort came at the Chile Pepper Festival when he covered the 10K distance in a personal-best time of 22:50.3 to place fourth among the TCU finishers.
Was the Horned Frogs' seventh finisher at the Conference USA Championships, covering the 8K distance in 28:31.
Placed 115th at the regional meet with a 10K clocking of 35:45. High School
Graduated in 2004 from Liberty (Mo.) High School where he lettered four times in both track & field and cross country for coach Tim Nixon.
Earned all-state honors by finishing 15th at the state meet and was the captain of the state champion cross country squad. Personal Brett Joseph McKnight was born October 9, 1985... parents are Scott and Debbie McKnight... undecided on his major field of study. |
