Horned Frogs men, women both post strong performances
2012 Cross Country Participated in four meets for the Horned Frogs ... finished 75th at the Big 12 Championships ... finished 10th at the Ken Garland Invitational, helping the TCU men win the team title ... also competed at the Cowboy Jamboree and Chile Pepper Festival.
2011 Cross Country Ran for the Horned Frogs in the UT-Arlington Challenge, North Texas Metroplex Opener and Cowboy Jamboree during the cross country campaign.
2010 Cross Country Appeared in four of the Frogs' six meets during the fall ... earned 38th-place honors in the men's four mile at the UTA Season Opener ... also tallied 51st at the Mountain West Conference Championships.
2009 Cross Country Emerson came on late in the year to place 23rd overall at the Ken Garland Invitational ... Crossed the finish line in 44th-place at the MWC Championships in Orem, Utah, while also competing at the Cowboy Jamboree ... Emerson finished second amongst TCU runners at the Chile Pepper Festival ... Was fifth overall in the MWC in the men's 10K entering regional action.
Trinity Valley High School Comes to TCU after collecting four letters in cross country, track and field and soccer at Trinity Valley ... Collected all-conference honors during the 2008-09 season following all-conference north zone honors during his junior season ...
