Distance runner who will compete in both the 5 and 10K.
2003 Cross Country
Competed once... was TCU's top finisher at the Texas A&M Invitational, placing 41st overall in the 8K run (26:28).
2003 Track
Ran the 3000 and 5000 meter distances at the C-USA indoor meet, then competed in the 5K and the steeplechase at the outdoor meet.
2002 Cross Country
Placed ninth at the UNT opener with a time of 21:32 over the four-mile course... slowed by injuries and did not compete again.
High School
Graduated from Holland Hall High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2002... coached by Mike Barber of the Jenks America Track Club.
Lettered four times each in track and cross country.
Was a three-time MVP of the Holland Hall cross country team.
Was the Southwest Preparatory Conference cross country runner-up in both 1998 and `99, finished third in 2000 and captured the gold medal as a senior in 2001.
On the track, was the SPC 3200 meter champion in 2002 and holds the school records at 1600, 3200 and 5000 meters.
Garnered All-America honors at the AAU National Cross Country Champion-ships in 2001... placed fourth in the 5K race, covering the distance in 15:53.3.
