Thirteen is the lucky number for the TCU Flyin' Frogs men's track & field team, as they have moved up five spots to the number 13 ranking in the latest Trackwire.com poll, released today. The Frogs are expected to score a season-best 19 points at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, which will be held in Sacramento, Calif., June 11-14.

Trackwire predicts a trio of fifth place finishes (four points each) by Jabari Fields in the 100, Brandon Simpson in the 400 and the 4x400-meter relay team. They also predict a sixth-place finish from Michael Frater in the 100 and Jabari Fields in the 200, garnering three points each. The 4x100 meter relay team is now slated to place eighth, adding one point. Other TCU competitors in the Trackwire "Dandy Dozen" are Jackson Langat (ninth in the 800), Aundre Edwards (11th in the long jump) and Reggie Harrell, 12th in the 110-meter hurdles. On the women's side, the 4x100 meter relay team is slated to finish 12th at the national meet.
