Consistently ran in the 46-second range during the outdoor season with a best time of 46.16 coming in the prelims of the Midwest regional meet.
Was second in the 400 at the C-USA outdoor meet with a time of 46.45.
Placed sixth in the 400 at the Midwest Region to earn a trip to the NCAA meet in Austin... placed 12th at the NCAAs with a time of 46.43.
Ran a leg on the Frogs' outdoor 4x4 relay team which placed third at the Penn Relays (3:02.94) and won the Conference USA title.
2002-2003
Was a seven-time JUCO all-American and three-time national champion while running for coach Stan Narewski at Wallace State.
Was the national 400 meter indoor champion... also ran on a pair of 4x4 relay champion squads... logged a silver medal in the indoor 600 meters.
Ran a leg on the 4x400 meter relay unit that placed third in the Championship of America division at the 2002 Penn Relays.

Lettered four times in track & field and twice in basketball at Northeast Guilford High School in McLeansville, North Carolina.
