Individually, Shade placed fourth overall at the Mountain West Conference Indoor Championships in the 400 meters, while also collecting eighth-place honors at the Texas A&M Invite ... Helped the women's 4x400 capture the conference championship in Colorado Springs, Colo. ... The quartet qualified for nationals after blazing to the second-fastest time in the NCAA at that point at the Iowa State NCAA Qualifier ...
