Very talented 800m runner, who has proven to be a contender for national honors as he was crowned the 2006 NCAA indoor champion in the 800 meters ... received a second All-America certificate as part of the men's 4x400 meter relay team at the 2006 national indoor championships ... won 800 meters at the 2006 MWC Indoor Chamapionships ... MWC and school record holder in 800 meters.

2005 CROSS COUNTRY
Returned to top form after sitting out the 2004 cross country season due to injury ... Among TCU's top two runners this season ... Missed qualifying for nationals by two seconds, placing 26th overall with a time of 32:31.25 at the NCAA Cross Country South Regional Championships ... At Pre-Nationals, crossed the line with a time of 25:34 to place 151st ... Placed second at the UTA Invitational (20:39) to help the Frogs win their first team title of the year ... Came in third at the North Texas Invitational with a 26:23.21 time as TCU won its second straight team title ... Turned in a third-place finish (38:09.3) with teammate Matt Manly at the Baylor Invitational.

Selected to the Conference USA All-Decade Team ... Won the 1000 meters at the Wes Kittley 6-Way Indoor Meet with a time of 2:27.40 ... Runner-up at the Conference USA Indoor Championships in the 800 meters (1:54.17) ... Placed third at the Wes Kittley Invitational with a 4:17.27 ... Only competed in the 800 meters during the outdoor season, claiming first place at three events ... Took gold at the UTA Invitational, Oklahoma Invitational and C-USA Outdoor Championships, turning a season best 1:46.84 at UTA.

AT TARLETON STATE (2002)
The Division II national runnerup at 800 meters and ran on the 4x400 meter relay unit at Tarleton State... coaChed by Lonnie MacMillan ... Named the Lone Star Conference Athlete of the Week on April 16 after logging the fastest 800 meters by an NCAA runner (all divisions) at that point of the season with a 1:47.37 clocking.
