2005 TRACK
Claimed a total of eight gold medals, four each in the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Named Conference USA Indoor Track Athlete of the Meet ... Took top honors all three times in the 1500 meters with a season best 3:43.82 time at the C-USA Outdoor Championships ... Set a second school record of the season, this time in the 5000 meters with a 13:47.11 clocking at the Mt. Sacs Relays ... Also won the 5000 meters at the league championships with a time of 14:29.48 ... Won the indoor indoor mile run twice (Wes Kittley Invite and C-USA Championships) ... Set a new school indoor record in the 3000 meters with a time of 7:59.99 at the Razorback Invitational ... Also took first place in the 3000 and 5000 meters at the C-USA Indoor Championships with times of 8:24.03 and 14:40.76, respectively.

AT BYU (2003 CROSS COUNTRY)
Won the BYU Autumn Classic (19:33.4), the Roy Griak 8K Invitational (23:58) and the pre-national meet with a course record time of 23:10 ... Captured his second straight Mountain West Conference Cross Country Championship with a time of 24:16 ... Was honored as the MWC Men's Cross Country Male Athlete of the Year and earned NCAA All-Mountain Region honors after placing second in the Mount Regionals in 30:47.4 ... Placed 82nd at the NCAA National Championships, covering the 10K distance in 30:55.0.
AT BYU (2003 TRACK)
Claimed MWC titles in the mile (4:13.06) and 3000 (8:39.14) indoors and the 1500 (3:47.97) and the 5,000 meters (14:33.64) outdoors ... Placed sixth at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000 meters, covering the distance in 7:59.16 ... Finished 18th at the NCAA outdoor meet in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:46.95 ... trained under the guidance of coach Ed Eyestone.
AT BYU (2002 CROSS COUNTRY)
Won the BYU Autumn Classic in 19:51.1, the Roy Griak Invitational in 23:38.9 and the Pre-Nationals in 23:46... defeated Eastern Michigan's Boaz Cheboiywo, the 2001 NCAA champion, at the Griak meet ... Led the Cougars to the Mountain West Conference cross country title by placing first at the MWC Championships with a time of 24:16.8 ... Despite being hampered by a hamstring injury, ran 30:55 at the NCAA Mountain Regional, finishing 28th overall ... Placed 33rd at the NCAA Championships with a time of 30:29.4.
AT LETHBRIDGE (2002 TRACK)
Competed for Lethbridge Community College in Alberta, Canada... coached by Bertil Johansson ... Finished second in the 1500 meters at the Canadian Track & Field National Championships with a time of 3:46.77 ... Posted a 1500 meters best time of 3:42.36 at the Harry Jerome Classic.
