2005 Cross Country - Was TCU's top cross country runner ... claimed gold at the Frogs' first three competitions ... teamed up with Steven Solazzo to run a 37:41.2 and take home the Baylor Relays title ... finished the four mile race at the UTA Invitational in 19:22 to top the rest of the competition ... won his third consecutive gold medal at the UNT Invitational, logging a time of 25:02.09 ... claimed a runner-up finish in a field of 217 competitors at the Pre-Nationals Invitational ... earned first team MWC All-Conference honors, taking home the bronze medal at the Mountain West Cross Country Championships ... fourth place finish at the South Central Regionals was enough for him to advance to the NCAA Cross Country Championships where he finished 33rd overall and 2.8 seconds shy of All-American status with a clocking of 30:15.8.

SAC Relays with a time of 13:47.11 ... helped set another school record as the anchor of the DMR unit that turned in a time of 9:36.14 at the Penn Relays ... earned gold medals in the 1500 at both the Dr Pepper Invitational and TCU Invitational ... was the winner of two more gold medals at the C-USA Outdoor Championships as he set the meet record in the 1500 and finished 16 seconds ahead of the nearest competitor in the 5000.

2003 Cross Country (BYU) - Won the BYU Autumn Classic (19:33.4), the Roy Griak 8K Invitational (23:58) and the pre-national meet with a course record time of 23:10 ... captured his second straight Mountain West Conference Cross Country Championship with a time of 24:16 ... was honored as the MWC Men's Cross Country Male Athlete of the Year and earned NCAA All-Mountain Region honors after placing second in the Mount Regionals in 30:47.4 ... placed 82nd at the NCAA National Championships, covering the 10K distance in 30:55.0.

2003 Track (BYU) - Claimed MWC titles in the mile (4:13.06) and 3,000 (8:39.14) indoors and the 1,500 (3:47.97) and the 5,000 meters (14:33.64) outdoors ... placed sixth at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3,000 meters, covering the distance in 7:59.16 ... finished 18th at the NCAA outdoor meet in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:46.95 ... trained under the guidance of coach Ed Eyestone.

2002 Cross Country (BYU) - Won the BYU Autumn Classic in 19:51.1, the Roy Griak Invitational in 23:38.9 and the Pre-Nationals in 23:46 ... defeated Eastern Michigan's Boaz Cheboiywo, the 2001 NCAA champion, at the Griak meet ... led the Cougars to the Mountain West Conference cross country title by placing first at the MWC Championships with a time of 24:16.8 ... despite being hampered by a hamstring injury, ran 30:55 at the NCAA Mountain Regional, finishing 28th overall ... placed 33rd at the NCAA Championships with a time of 30:29.4.
