High finishes and personal bests in the 5K highlight Friday
2013 Indoor Ran in three competitions for TCU ... finished fifth in the 600-yard run and fifth as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Big 12 Championships ... also ran on the 4x400 relay team at Texas A&M Invitational ... also ran the 400-meter dash individually.
2012 Outdoor Earned All-Mountain West honors for third-place finishes in the 200 and 400-meter dash and a second-place finish as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team ... both individual runs were season-best times as he posted a 21.35 in the 200 and 47.83 in the 400 ... 4x400-meter team's time at MWC Championships was also a season-best for the Frogs (3:10.60) ... also competed in the 100-meter dash.
2012 Indoor Earned All-MWC honors leading off the 4x400-meter relay team's second-place effort ... competed in the 200-meter dash at the conference championships, finishing 13th.
