At the Indoor SEC Championships, he clocked a prelim time of 21.54 in the 200 meters and ran the second leg of the DMR that earned runner-up honors with a time of 9:49.79 ... During the outdoor season he made his outdoor debut at the Texas Relays as the second leg of the 4x100-meter relay that clocked a time of 41.01 and finished eighth ... At the Mt. SAC Relays he competed in the open 400 meters, finishing sixth with a 48.05 ... At the Arkansas Twilight, he clocked a season- and personal-best time of 47.56 in the 400 meters ...
