2004 Cross Country
Finished between fourth and seventh among the TCU runners in every competition.
Was TCU's fifth runner and placed 60th overall at the Conference USA meet with a time of 27:59 over the 8K course.
Covered the 10K distance at the South Central Regional in 34:19 to place fourth among TCU runners and 99th overall... knocked nearly a minute off his time and moved up 10 places from 2003.
2004 Track
Ran the half mile and mile during the indoor season and focused primarily on the 1500 meters during the outdoor campaign.
Broke the two-minute barrier in the 800 meters during the indoor season at the Oklahoma Indoor Classic, turning in a season-best time of 1:58.25.
Best time in the indoor mile came at the Razorback Invitational when he logged a 4:23.72.
Competed at the C-USA Indoor Championships in the 800, mile and distance medley relay... ran the anchor leg on the DMR quartet that placed seventh with a time of 10:47.22.
Placed 12th at the C-USA Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters... had run a season-best time of 4:01.18 in the prelims to reach the finals.
2003 Cross Country
Regularly in the top five TCU runners during the cross country season.
Was TCU's fifth finisher and placed 64th overall at the C-USA meet, running the 8K in 27:38.9.
Ran a 35:16 10K at the South Central Regional to place fifth among TCU runners and 109th overall.
High School
Graduated from Jenks (Oklahoma) High School in 2003.
Lettered four times in both track & field and in cross country... also lettered once in soccer.
Was all-state in both track and cross country for coach Brian Yockers.
