Very talented sprinter who contributed significantly in his first season with the Flyin' Frogs despite battling injuries.
u National caliber runner who will compete in the 60, 100 and 200 meters... also figures to be a regular on both relay squads.
Earned all-America honors in the indoor 4x400 meter relay and in the outdoor sprint relay.
Is the defending Conference USA outdoor champion in both the 100 and 200 meters.
2003
Ran the third leg on TCU's 4x400 meter relay unit during the indoor season... the foursome finished second in the nation with a time of 3:04.87, just 0.08 of a second behind national champion LSU.
Provisionally qualified for the NCAA indoor meet in the 60 with a season-best time of 6.72 seconds, which tied for 34th on the national list, but did not make the cut for the NCAA Championships.
Placed fourth at the C-USA Indoor Championships in the 60 with a time of 6.82 seconds and was sixth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.05.
Swept the Conference USA outdoor 100 and 200 meter dashes with times of 10.25 and 20.59 respectively.
Named the Conference USA Male Track & Field Athlete of the Week on April 15.
Tied for the ninth fastest 100-meter time in the nation with a mark of 10.22 seconds, recorded in the prelims at the Midwest Regional meet.
Placed second at the Midwest Regional meet in the 100 with a time of 10.40 into a slight headwind.
Competed in the 100 prelims at the NCAA outdoor championships but pulled a hamstring halfway through the race and was unable to finish.
Ran on both relay teams for much of the outdoor season... ran the leadoff leg on the 4x4 relay at the Penn Relays, which logged a prelim time of 3:03.65, the fastest time for a TCU 4x4 relay since 1986.
Helped the 4x1 relay squad place second at the C-USA meet and third at the Midwest Regional meet... earned all-America honors as an alternate on the 4x1 squad despite being unable to compete at the national meet due to injury.
2001-2002 (San Bernardino Valley College)
Took the gold medal in the 200 meters at the 2001 Hyundai California Community College Track & Field Championships, clocking a time of 20.84 seconds... also was the runner-up at 100 meters with a mark of 10.26.
Best times are 10.26 in the 100, 20.71 in the 200 and 46.45 in the 400.
Twice earned conference MVP honors.

Graduated from San Gorgonio High School in San Bernardino, Calif. in 2000... high school track coach was Ed Clark.
Lettered three times on the track.
Earned all-conference honors as a sophomore and all-state honors as a junior and senior.
