400 meter hurdle specialist who also saw action in the 55, 60 and 100 meter hurdles, 400 meters and heptathlon ... finished 15th in the 400 and eighth in the 55-meter hurdles at the Wes Kittley Invitational ... placed 11th in the heptathlon and 17th in the 60 meter hurdles at the C-USA Indoor Championships ... took fifth place in both the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles at the Dr Pepper Invitational on April 26 ... had a pair of season-best times at the TCU Invitational, logging a 14.56 in the 100 hurdles and a bronze-medal winning 61.86 in the 400 hurdles ... claimed ninth in the 400 hurdles at the C-USA outdoor meet with a 63.20 clocking ... also finished 13th in the 100 hurdles.

Competed in both the 100 hurdles and 400 hurdles during the outdoor campaign... also ran a leg on TCU's 4x400 meter relay unit that placed third at the conference meet ... Placed fourth at the C-USA meet in the 100-meter hurdles, posting a season-best time of 14.06 ... Earned all-conference honors with a third place finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 59.40 ... that effort earned her a spot in the Midwest Region meet where she placed 11th.

Graduated from Manhattan (Kan.) High School in 2002 ... lettered four times in track & field and twice in volleyball ... coached in track by Gary Schwandt ... Highly decorated athlete who captured nine individual state titles ... was a four-time state champion in the 300 hurdles, a three-time state champion in the 200 meter dash (`99-'00-'01) and a two-time state champion in the 100 meter hurdles (`01-'02) ... Earned the Manhattan High School Female Athlete of the Year honors in 2000, was a Wendy's Heisman nominee in 2001 and captured the school's citizenship award in 2002 ... Top prep times were 13.98 in the 100m hurdles; 24.54 in the 200 and 42.24 in the 300m hurdles, set at the Golden West Invite in Sacramento.
