Collins was ranked 10th in the country in the 300 hurdles, earning runner-up honors at the 2010 5A Texas State Championships ... owns a personal record of 36.92 in the 300 hurdles, while also jumping 22'-8.5" in the long jump ... He is the son of legendary Frog sprinter Bill Collins, who captured two Southwest Conference titles in the 100 meters in 1974 and 1975.
