Distance runner who will compete in both the 5 and 10K events on the track... has also been on TCU's cross country team.
2004 Cross Country
Ran as the Frogs' second or third runner during the first half of the cross country season.
Best effort came at the Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater when he covered the 8K distance in 27:28.
Finished seventh among the TCU competitors at the C-USA Championships with an 8K time of 28:43 to place 71st overall.
Was TCU's fifth place finisher at the South Central Region meet, covering the 10K distance in 34:36 to place 104th overall... his performance helped the TCU men place 14th among the 18 teams.
2004 Track
Best times during the indoor season came at the Conference USA Championships... ran an 8:55.03 in the 3,000 meters and a 15:43.27 in the 5,000 meters to place 15th and ninth respectively.
Competed at 5,000 and 10,000 meters during the outdoor season... placed 22nd in the 5K at the C-USA meet with a personal best time of 15:31.19, and was 15th in the 10K with a time of 34:49.84.
2003 Cross Country
Competed once... was TCU's top finisher at the Texas A&M Invitational, placing 41st overall in the 8K run (26:28).
2003 Track
Ran the 3000 and 5000 meter distances at the C-USA indoor meet, then competed in the 5K and the steeplechase at the outdoor meet.
2002 Cross Country
Placed ninth at the UNT opener with a time of 21:32 over the four-mile course... slowed by injuries and did not compete again.
High School
Graduated from Holland Hall High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2002... coached by Mike Barber of the Jenks America Track Club.
Lettered four times each in track and cross country.
Was a three-time MVP of the Holland Hall cross country team.
Was the Southwest Preparatory Conference cross country runner-up in 1998 and `99, finished third in 2000 and captured the gold in 2001.
On the track, was the SPC 3200 meter champion in 2002 and holds the school records at 1600, 3200 and 5000 meters.
Garnered All-America honors at the AAU National Cross Country meet in 2001 placing fourth in the 5K race with a time of 15:53.3.
