2008
Brown had an outstanding senior season in the men's javelin, collecting All-American honors at the 2008 NCAA Championships ... Brown earned All-America honors by tossing the javelin 211 feet, 9 inches to place 10th overall ... Brown, a Kansas native, became the first TCU athlete ever to be named an All-American in the javelin ... The finish by Brown was also the best by a TCU javelin thrower at the NCAA Championships ... At the Mountain West Conference Championships, Brown closed his MWC career in winning-fashion, taking the title on his last attempt in competition ... Overall, Brown blasted a throw of 221 feet, 7 inches to become only the second Horned Frog ever to win a conference crown in the javelin, and the first since Wes Ritchey won the Southwest Conference in 1954 ... Brown's seasonal-best and regional qualifying toss ranked at that time as the No. 20 throw in the NCAA ... Following competition in Fort Worth, Brown qualified for the NCAA Championships by crushing his own school record in the men's javelin to lead TCU on the first day of competition at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... Brown recorded a fifth-place finish and automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships by tossing the javelin 224 feet to break his previous school record of 222 feet, 5 inches set in 2006 ... Also excelled in Academics during the 2008 season, collecting first team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VI honors, as well as being academic all-conference and a MWC Scholar-Athlete.

2007
TCU's lone male javelin thrower ... Qualified for Midwest Regional ... Had two tosses of more than 200 feet ... Earned NCAA Regional Qualifying mark at Texas Relays with a toss of 204-03 (62.26m) ... Toss earned him an eighth-place finish ... Won the Horned Frog Invitational with a toss of 181-06 (55.33m) ... Placed fourth at Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships with a toss of 200-11 (61.25m) ... Finished third at TCU Invitational with a throw of 197-10 (60.29).

2006
Set the school and conference record in the javelin with a toss of 222-5 to win the Dr. Pepper Invitational ... Record toss earned him MWC Athlete of the Week honors on March 29 ... Named CoSIDA Academic All-District first team District VI ... Finished second in the javelin at the TCU Invitational with a throw off 203-01 ... Placed third at Bobby Lane UTA Invitational with a throw of 211-01 ... Finished fifth at MWC Championships with a throw of 202-08.

2005
Competed in six meets during his freshman campaign ... in his first collegiate action, earned a first-place finish with a throw of 59.80 meters (196-02) at the Dr Pepper Invitational ... took home the silver medal at the Oklahoma Invitational on April 16 ... NCAA regional qualifier ... holds school record in javelin .. earned runner-up honors again at the C-USA Outdoor Championships with a throw of 61.75 meters (202-07).

Earned four letters in swimming & diving, two in track & field and two in football at BlueValley Northwest High School in Overland Park, Kansas ... graduated in 2004 ... competed in track & field for coach Tom Byers ... named to the all-conference, all-metro and all-state teams in track & field as a senior ... earned all-conference and all-Johnson County honors in football.
