This Season - Seely returns as TCU's top diver... will provide leadership and guidance to the younger divers.
As a Junior in 2004-2005 - Led the team in all three diving events... competed in three events at the Conference USA Championships... just missed earning all-league honors in 3-meter diving, as she finished fourth with 400.65 points... also placed sixth in the 1-meter (231.55) and eighth in the platform (244.45)... named the C-USA Diver of the Week on Nov. 16 and Jan. 25... received the team's Purple Heart award.
As a Sophomore in 2003-2004 - Led the Horned Frogs in all three diving events... won a combined 12 diving events on the year... named the C-USA Diver of the Week four times on the season (Oct. 28, Nov. 4, Nov. 18 and Jan. 14)... earned all-conference honors in two events... placed third in both the 1-meter (258.85) and 3-meter (421.20) at the Conference USA Championships.
As a Freshman in 2002-2003 - Led the team in the 3-meter and platform diving... all-conference honoree... runner up in the platform (331.65) at the C-USA Championships... also finished fifth in the 1-meter (241.75) and sixth in the 3-meter (395.10)... named the team's Most Outstanding Diver.
High School - Three-time all-state diver... named Wolverines' Most Improved Diver in 2000... MVP as a senior... also earned three letters in volleyball... named team's best offensive player as a sophomore and junior.
Personal - Full name is Kelly Jo Seely... born May 9, 1983... daughter of Phillip Seely and Debby Smart... enjoys skydiving... general studies major with a communications emphasis.
