Erin Goodhart enters her third season as a graduate assistant on the TCU swimming and diving team.
Goodhart arrives to TCU from Shippensburg University (Pa.) where she was a 16-time NCAA Division II all-American in the distance freestyle events. In her four years with the Lady Raiders, she swam to four school records and five pool records throughout the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC).
Aside from competing, Goodhart has been instructing swimming lessons for eight years. From 2002-2004, she was a swim instructor at the Shippensburg Aquatics Club and also assisted with the University summer swim camp. In 2000, she was the swim coach for the Northwest Swimming Association where she created practices and training schedules and planned meet line-ups and strategies. Goodhart also volunteered in the Special Olympics Swimming program from 1998-2000.
The Reading, Pa., native graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations with a minor in English from Shippensburg University in August of 2004.
