As a junior in 2003-2004 -- Tops on the team in the 1000 and 1650-freestyle events...all-conference honoree in two events... won the 1650-freestyle at the C-USA Invitational in a season-best 16:10.56... also finished third in the 500-free (4:38.78) and fifth in the 400-IM (4:09.79).
As a sophomore in 2002-2003 -- Claimed a pair of top-10 finishes at the 2003 C-USA Men's Invitational... placed sixth in the 1650-free (16:15.88) and seventh in the 400-IM (4:12.88)... voted Most Dedicated Swimmer.
As a freshman in 2001-2002 -- Tallied three top-seven finishes at the 2002 C-USA Invitational... placed fifth in the 500-free (4:38.43) and 1650-free (16:21.62) and finished seventh in the 400-IM in 4:15.20... voted Most Determined Swimmer.
High School/Club Achievements -- Two-time all-America honoree... two-time Texas Catholic/Christian Interscholastic League (TCIL) champion in the 500-free... captured Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) title in the 200-free senior year... team also earned TCIL championships from 1998-2000 and the 2001 TAPPS crown... team captain and MVP during senior campaign... received team's Iron man and Most Dedicated honors... named all-city all four years... National Honor Society.
