Chris Hall Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine Sport Responsibilities: Men's Basketball, Men's and Women's Golf

Chris Hall is completing his 28th year on staff at TCU with primary team responsibilities overseeing the Men's Basketball program as well as taking care of both the Men's and Women's Golf programs. His administrative duties include the budgetary oversight of the Athletic Training - Sports Medicine area, maintenance of the universities 4 Sports Medicine facilities located on campus and coordinating the medical coverage for all of the 450+ student-athletes within the Athletic Department. Additionally, he also is in charge of handling the day to day operations of the Physician Suite operated by the Athletic Departments Team Physician, Dr. Sam Haraldson.

David Gable Associate Director for Sports Medicine Sport Responsibilities: Football

David Gable enters his 10th season as the Head Athletic Trainer for football at TCU and his 6th year as the Associate Director of Sports Medicine. He is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association and Licensed in the state of Texas.
In addition to his primary responsibility of health care to the football team, Gable's additional duties include managing the new 6000 square foot Walsh Sports Medicine Center as well as inventory control and purchasing for the Sports Medicine department. He also oversees TCU's summer sports camps, serves as the Director of the Gatorade summer camp and Director of the TCU/SMU Athletic Training workshop for high school students along with general administrative duties within the department. Gable also serves as an Approved Clinical Instructor within the CAATE approved Athletic Training Education Program through the Department of Kinesiology and manages the Sports Medicine work study program.

Valerie Tinklepaugh-Hairston Assistant Athletic Trainer/Athletic Insurance Coordinator Sport Responsibilities: Women's Basketball, Rifle

Valerie Tinklepaugh-Hairston is entering her fifth year as an assistant athletic trainer working with Women's Basketball and Rifle. At TCU, Tinklepaugh-Hairston is responsible for the prevention and care of injuries and illnesses for student athletes and well as coordinating athletic insurance. She also serves as an ACI for the athletic training education program and works as an adjunct professor in the department.

Danny Wheat Assistant Athletic Trainer Sport Responsibilities: Baseball, Equestrian

Danny Wheat enters his eighth year as an athletic trainer at TCU. Wheat is responsible for athletic injury recognition and care, treatment and rehabilitation of the Horned Frogs' baseball team.

Lauren Crawford Assistant Athletic Trainer Sport Responsibilities: Volleyball, Men's Tennis

Lauren Crawford has been with the TCU athletic training program as an assistant athletic trainer since July of 2007. She assists with the day-to-day operations of the athletic training room and works primarily with the Women's Volleyball and Men's Tennis teams. Crawford has professional certification in athletic training from the National Athletic Trainer's Association (NATA) and is a member of the NATA and the Southwest Athletic Trainer's Association. She also has certifications from the American Red Cross (CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer).

Ryan Houser Assistant Athletic Trainer Sport Responsibilities: Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field

Ryan Houser is entering his second year at TCU, working with men's and women's track & field and cross country. Before arriving at TCU, Houser spent two years at the University of Illinois working with men's track & field and cross country. Houser, who has professional certification in ASTYM, worked at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials this past summer in Eugene, Ore.

Kyle Kuykendall Assistant Athletic Trainer Sport Responsibilities: Football

Kyle Kuykendall is in his first season as the assistant athletic trainer for the TCU football team. Kuykendall came to TCU this summer from Texas Health Care: Bone and Joint Clinic, where he worked as a Physician Extender, alongside several TCU sports medicine physicians.

Tricia Jamison Assistant Athletic Trainer Sport Responsibilities: Women's Soccer, Women's Tennis

Patricia "Tricia" Jamison is in her third year at Texas Christian University. She has spent the last two years working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving team, while pursuing her Masters of Liberal Arts. Jamison is looking forward to expanding her role as an assistant athletic trainer with women's soccer and tennis this year.
