Yousif Del Valle Swimming and Diving Senior El Paso, Texas TCU senior swimmer Yousif Del Valle recorded three wins on Senior Day to help the men defeat Utah 160-123. Del Valle recorded his first win of the meet in the 200-free, where the El Paso, Texas, native came from behind to capture the winning time of 1:41.55. Del Valle took the top spot in the 100-free with a time of 46.96, and earned his third win of the meet in the 100-fly with a time of 50.96. Del Valle also contributed in the relay events, taking part in the winning 200-free relay team that slated a time of 1:24.20.

Candis Kelley Track and Field Sophomore College Station, Texas Candis Kelley won the women¹s shot put at the Arkansas Invitational on Jan. 12, with a toss of 14.47m (47-05.75). Finishing runner-up was Arkansas' Michelle Russio with a throw of 14.16m (46-05.50). In 2006, Kelley won the shot put at both the MWC Indoor and Outdoor Championships.
