Festus Kigen Sophomore Track and Field Eldoret, Kenya (Kericho) • Competing in TCU's second meet of the year, Festus Kigen placed fourth overall in the mile run with a time of 4:08.04 at the Texas Tech Invitational. It marked the first time during his career that Kigen has run the mile during the indoor season. • His time at the Texas Tech Invitational is currently the second fastest time in the Mountain West Conference.

Simone Riford Rifle Sophomore Kaneohe, Hawaii • Finished first overall with an aggregate score of 1,166. • Help team claim its first-ever victory over Nebraska as well as helping the team post its highest score of the season. • Came in fourth in smallbore with a score of 576. • Earned the victory in air rifle, matching a personal best with a score of 590.
