• Jonathan Jackson won both the long jump and triple jump at the Mountain West Conference Outdoor Championships May 11-12 in San Diego, Calif.
• With the titles, Jackson became the first athlete in TCU history to win league titles in both the long jump and triple jump. A native of Grand Prairie, Texas, Jackson is the first to win both the long and triple jump at the MWC Outdoor Championships since Air Force's Anthony Park in 2001.
• Jackson won the long jump title with just two attempts after not participating in the event all outdoor season. Jackson had a winning leap of 23-06.00 (7.16m). The title in the event was the sixth in school history and first since Aundre Edwards finished first at the C-USA Championships in 2004.
• For the second consecutive year, Jackson won the MWC Outdoor title in the triple jump, becoming just the second student-athlete in school history to win consecutive titles in the triple jump. Brandal Lawrence won back-to-back titles in the triple jump at both the 2002 and 2003 C-USA Outdoor Championships.
• Jackson's winning leap of 52-10.75 (16.12m) ranks sixth in the nation and third in the Midwest Region.

• TCU's top individual at the Central Regional as the Horned Frogs advanced to their first NCAA National Championship since 2000
• Instrumental in TCU posting its highest regional finish (third) in school history
• Tied for seventh individually with a 5-over-par 216
• Carded an opening-round 68
