Ben Carruthers Baseball Sophomore Georgetown, Texas Hit safely in all three contests last weekend as the Frogs went 2-1, including a sweep of Air Force to improve to 7-1 in conference play Was 5-for-9 at the plate with five runs scored, one double and a home run. He drove in three runs Has played flawless defense in the last 17 games, spanning 87 chances. He only has two errors on the season.

Kewa Nichols Women's Tennis Junior Austin, Texas Nichols went 3-1 overall last weekend against conference foes Utah and No. 35 BYU The TCU junior went 2-0 in singles play to extend her winning streak to nine matches, which dates back to March 14 Nichols teamed up with Nina Munch-Soegaard to defeat BYU's Jones and Chang, 8-6, to clinch the doubles point for TCU
