Averaged an impressive 23.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4.5 steals per game in TCU¹s two victories during the week over Florida and UTA.
Against a feisty SEC squad, Ross scored 22 points, shot 43.8 percent from the field (7-for-16) and was a perfect 6-for-6 from the foul line as the Lady Frogs defeated the Gators, 83-72. She also registered six steals.
Two days later versus the Mavericks, Ross¹ performance allowed the Lady Frogs to climb from a 13-point deficit to beat UTA, 71-67. She matched her career high 24 points for the third time this season, shooting 36.4 percent from the floor. Ross recorded five rebounds, had one block and three steals.
With the game knotted at 57-57 with 5:02 remaining against UTA, Ross scored five straight points as TCU took the lead and never relinquished it.
She made two free throws and then was fouled on a lay-up and converted it into a 3-point play.
In addition, her made 3-pointer with 44 seconds left in the first half gave TCU its first lead in almost 12 minutes.
Ross posted 20-or-more points for the fourth time this season; she is
averaging 17.1 points per game.
