Kyle Yates serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance for Monitoring. He is responsible for overseeing monitoring of NCAA rules as it pertains to coaches, staff, student-athletes, prospects and boosters. In addition to his assistance with education issues, Yates also oversees the maintenance of the TCU Athletics Compliance Website.

A native of Arlington, Texas, Kyle enters his third year at TCU. A 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University, Yates earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology/Sport Management, then received his Master's in Business Administration from TCU in 2007.
