Raines has been with the Athletic Academic Services Office since 2001 and is currently the NCAA CHAMPS/Life Skills Coordinator.
During her time at TCU, Raines has developed an innovative and comprehensive Life Skills program that focuses on the career and personal growth as well as development of all Horned Frog student-athletes. The program is innovative in the fact that the student-athletes are provided choices in the seminars in which they attend in order to fulfill their yearly NCAA CHAMPS requirement.
Raines earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and Spanish with a minor in linguistics from Indiana and a master's in Christian Education from Southwestern Seminary.
Raines and her husband reside in Fort Worth with their three children.
