Performing the role of business manager is Tommy Love. Love, who joined the TCU staff 31 years ago, oversees the day-to-day financial operations of TCU Athletics. Love came to TCU in 1974, and initially held the position of assistant ticket manager for three years before being promoted to ticket manager, a role he held until 1998.
Love was honored as the 2003-04 athletics' department "Teammate of the Year."
Prior to coming to TCU, Love served a three-year stint as a sportswriter and columnist with the now-defunct Ft. Worth Press. He earned a B.S. in Journalism in 1971 from Texas Tech University.
A native of Tulia, Texas, Love and his wife, the former Donna Bostick of Fort Worth, are the parents of a daughter, Jennifer, and a son, Brandon.
