HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Greetings from San Diego! On behalf of TCU Athletics, I'd like to wish all of you and your families a Happy Holiday season! We very much appreciate all of your support. Thank you for creating the momentum that defines our program and allowing me the opportunity to serve you.

CRUNCH TIME

If it seems a little quiet around the athletics facilities, and campus in general, it's because we're in final exams. We have 48 student-athletes set to graduate this semester. For the nine in our football program, graduation will come at the team hotel in San Diego on Tuesday, Dec. 20. As we've done in the past because of bowl travel, Chancellor Boschini will officiate a special ceremony for them. A tip of the cap to offensive lineman Spencer Thompson who will have his master's degree in hand by the time he steps on the field for us in the Poinsettia Bowl.

How about that student turnout at last night's 75-69 men's basketball victory over Texas Tech! We thank all of you who were there early and donning that No. 6 jersey. We called it our Big 12 preview and we need that type of atmosphere each night. Let's keep the momentum going with another marquee non-conference home game coming up Saturday night at 7 versus Nebraska.
